Inwestycja na placu przy ul. Kosciuszki-Witosa-Kolejowa-P Dworcowy

Witam nie wiem czy portal juz sie takimi sprawami nie zajmuje albo nie zauważył tak poważnej inwestycji zaraz pod Swoim nosem. Dokładnie jest to czyjaś wizja, która mija się z dotychczasowym obrazem tego podwórka. Takich "kwiatków" można się dopatrzyć więcej np. do dwóch garaży od strony ul.
