Czy w Chojnowie są jakieś treningi ze sztuk walki typu mai thai , kickboxing itd oprócz boksu w "Championie" ?

Taekwondo WTF. https://www.facebook.com/taekwondo.chojnow i jest/było karate, ale nie wiem który odłam.Jako że trenowałem Taekwondo w naszym mieście, moge ci nieco o nim powiedzieć.  Młody, dobry instruktor, przyjazna atmosfera, częste konsultacje sparingowe, na ferie zimowe i wakacje organizowane są obozy. Jedyny minus to to, że jest to dość drogi sport jeśli chcesz walczyć na turniejach. Dobok ok 100zł, buty 150zł, ochraniacze ( nie potrzebne, klub pożycza ale lepiej mieć swoje ). No i troche boli 45zł opłaty miesiecznej, ale sam polecam sport.

Dzięki za propozycje tylko z tego co słyszałem to Taekwondo u nas w chw to jest bardziej uczone pod turnieje czy olimpiady a ja bym chciał klub gdzie nauczy mnie ktoś jak dobrze walczyć i się obronić, ew. komuś dołożyć a  kolega mi powiedział że właśnie na tym Taekwondo nie można normalnie się uczyć kopnięć takich na serio czy coś. Myślałem nad boksem ale boks mi nie pasuje ze względu na małe zróżnicowanie,atmosfere/ludzi oraz że to także jest sport w chw zrobiony pod zawody a nie tak powiedzmy dla rekreacji. A więc pozostaje mi legnica lub jakaś samodzielna nauka z kumplem.

Nie wiem jak teraz, ale rok temu jeszcze to co trening były sparingi w ochraniaczach, czyli mogleś się kopać po wszystkim. Ja uważam że można się nauczyć pod walke/obrone, tylko że to trzeba lat. Przez pierwsze miesiące będziesz uczył sie jak dobrze kopniecia technicznie wykonywać, później dopiero dojdzie ci szybkość. Tak czy inaczej polecam, nic ci nie szkodzi pójśc na 1 trening i ocenić samodzielnie
